The Sala and Aron Samueli Holocaust Memorial Library is located on the campus of Chapman University in Orange, CA. It houses permanent and rotating exhibits that tell of individual lives affected by the Holocaust. They wanted to give visitors a better sense of the context of these stories and a chance to immerse themselves in a more engaging, interactive experience with the exhibits.

They turned to lilitab for ideas. They provided standard and custom tablet kiosks to be the vehicle for presenting customized content and video to pull the visitor into the stories. lilitab’s sleek design seamlessly integrated into the exhibit’s architecture and offered easy-to-use touch screen apps.

The lilitab kiosks have generated a enthusiastic reception from library staff and visitors alike. As an extension of the exhibit, they truly bring stories to life by allowing visitors to hear a survivor’s voice or watch a video documenting this unforgettable time. It is in situations like this that technology can become a bridge from past to present.
