The Super Bowl Experience is an annual event that has been held since 1992 at a venue in the host city of the Super Bowl. The event is described as an interactive “theme park,” featuring various fan-oriented attractions. For such an exciting event, Hyundai wanted to offer something dynamic to its guests. They chose to install 10 Lilitab Surface Kiosks at their booth to present new model videos, on-site new vehicle demos, and gather leads. The kiosks drew lots of attention from guests, boosting interaction and lead generation, exactly what this venue is all about. The kiosks allowed the users to better interact and be immersed with the brand versus simply speaking with an attendant. The event was a success in both obtaining business opportunities and creating a positive guest experience. Hyundai plans to use the Lilitab kiosks for all future events.
