Tablet kiosks are great at improving the customer journey. In this example, customers can scan a bottle of wine at the kiosk to learn more about the wine, like tasting notes, pairings, and pricing. It better informs their purchase decision and improves their customer experience. We created a custom hardware solution for this application by implementing a barcode scanner low and behind the Head Unit for easy bottle scanning access.
