We are excited to be demoing some of our newest products at TechCrunch Disrupt in SF on September 12th. The new capabilities getting rolled into our kiosk range include a user selectable power management feature for turning off the iPad when it loses power along with NFC and RFID reading options.

The hardware based power management will prevent the iPad from discharging when power to the kiosk is lost. This is often experienced by retail stores that turn off power to their fixtures at night.

NFC and RFID reading enables new types of customer interactions just by waving your phone or RFID enabled bracelet (or other device!) in front of the kiosk.
