The obvious function of an iPad kiosk is to generate business and keep current customers interested, but how you go about using one is entirely up to each and every business owner. 1. Capture Leads at Trade Shows
This is a great way to stay organized with all of your leads (and not have to worry about all those business cards). For example, you can display a contest entry form or scratch-to-win prize on your iPad kiosk to attract trade show attendees to your booth and fill in their contact information.
2. Gather Customer Feedback
Creating a survey to collect info from your customers is a great way to learn more about the wants and needs of what they’re looking for. Just make sure it’s a simple survey that doesn’t take too long to fill out. There are a variety of survey apps out there, allowing you to incorporate your logo and branding.
3. Display a Sales Video
Push play, sit back and let your kiosk do the rest. Having a sales video at conferences or networking events saves you time and money (plus people can watch the video in the background while you get to chat with your potential clients). Upload your video to either YouTube or sync it to the iPad and open it up in full screen mode for everyone to see.
