Today Apple announced the new iPad "4" and iPad "mini" both using the new lightning connector. We expect to confirm compatibility with the new iPad "4" as soon as we get one in our hands to test. Also we will know a lot more about the lightning connector and it's implications for our iPad kiosk range when our engineering team gets back from the apple MFI Tech Summit in Shenzhen in early November.

In the meantime apple confirmed they will continue to sell the iPad 2 with the 30 pin dock connector, this will ensure no one is orphaned as we make the transition to Lightning.
